Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You are eligible for a refund or exchange if
- The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- You report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a request
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 3 days.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for
- Opened or used products
- Perishable and frozen food items
- Items not in original packaging
Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
